Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Familiarity with IP connectivity, network equipment and telecom services.
• Experience using ticketing or case management systems (Salesforce, ServiceNow).
• Experience with monitoring dashboards and incident management applications.
• Ability to document technical issues clearly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming calls and technical support requests from 911 centers across North Carolina.
• Gather detailed information on reported problems, equipment issues, and service interruptions.
• Navigate multiple software applications and communicate findings effectively.
