Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor statewide NG911 network dashboards for alarms and outages.
• Document incidents and escalate according to procedures.
• Serve as primary contact for PSAPs and coordination with teams.
• Create and update incident records in Salesforce; track timelines.
• Escalate to Tier II or vendors as needed and follow SOPs.
• Support shift turnover with clear documentation and notes.
