Job summary

Calsoft Systems seeks a skilled IT professional to implement, support, and maintain technology components across client networks and infrastructure environments.

You will provide support for Microsoft applications and virtualization platforms, lead server projects, and monitor networks. Strong communication and remote-work capabilities are essential, with travel to client sites as required.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Japanese language reading, writing and conversation.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems.
• Ability to work remotely with limited supervision.
• Must be able to relay technical information to clients with varying skill levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide product and technical support for Microsoft core business applications and virtualization environments.
• Lead project implementation and support for Microsoft Server technologies.
• Monitor WAN/LAN networks and resolve connectivity and security issues.
• Document actions, client contacts, diagrams, and expenses in tickets and systems.
• Interface with clients and vendors to implement projects and resolve issues.
