Job summary

NWN is seeking an experienced Consultant Engineer to design, deploy, and support Juniper-based solutions for diverse clients. You will manage deployments, migrations, and troubleshooting while coordinating with project managers and technical leaders.

The role requires extensive travel, after-hours support when needed, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. A strong customer focus and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience directly related to duties.
• Architect experience with ability to collect and develop business and technical requirements.
• Flexible, self-directed and adaptable to change.
• Strong verbal and written communication; multitasking capability.
• Customer-facing with professionalism at all levels.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.
• Ability to work evenings/weekends during client cutovers.

Responsibilities

• Design, deployment, configuration, troubleshooting and migration of Juniper solutions.
• Track client work, service calls, and daily timesheets.
• Travel to customer sites as needed; access to a vehicle required.
• Support presales with solution scoping; develop runbooks and offerings.
• Mentor junior technical resources and contribute ideas to improve service quality.
