Job summary

Calsoft Systems, Inc. is looking for a skilled technical support specialist who will focus on providing implementation, support, and maintenance of technology components in client network environments. The ideal candidate should be fluent in Japanese and have a strong knowledge of Microsoft business applications and server technologies.

Additional responsibilities include network monitoring, issue resolution, and interface with clients for project implementation. A valid Driver’s License and travel within the Chicago area is required.

Salary range is between $50,000 and $75,000, along with comprehensive health benefits and 401(k) matching.

Qualifications

• Fluency in Japanese language reading, writing and conversation.
• Good knowledge of Windows Server and Desktop Operating Systems.
• Ability to relay technical information to clients with varying skill levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide product and technical support for Microsoft’s core business applications.
• Project implementation and support services for Microsoft Server technologies.
• Network monitoring and issue resolution for WAN and LAN connectivity.
