Job summary

Prodapt is seeking a Junior Network Engineer to provide essential technical support and order management for customers using SD-WAN solutions. The role emphasizes monitoring, troubleshooting, and assisting senior engineers to gain hands-on experience with modern networking.

The position requires U.S. citizenship due to government security/compliance rules and offers exposure to CPE and network infrastructure within controlled environments. Day/night shifts and weekend coverage may apply.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in technical support (Helpdesk or NOC) or relevant internships.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP and OSI model.
• CCNA certification or equivalent is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Act as Tier 1/2 support, triaging tickets and initial diagnostics.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware/software faults on CPE and network infra.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
• Assist senior engineers with lower-complexity orders and config validation.
• Monitor network performance and help resolve outages under supervision.
