Qualifications

• Basic understanding in networking concepts such as routing and switching.
• Experience with LAN/WAN, routing protocols, QoS, troubleshooting and scripting.
• Course completion of CCNA or any networking technologies.
• Ability to interact on the phone with customers during implementation and problem determination.
• Knowledge in SDN (NFV), SDWAN technologies is an added advantage.
• Will be required to work in Day/Night shifts including holidays and weekends.
• Associate degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Tier 1, Tier 2 or helpdesk support, or related field.

Responsibilities

• The role provides Implementation and Test and Turn up support for SD‑WAN network.
• Acts as single point of contact to triage and investigate SD‑WAN incidents.
• Support includes incident management related connectivity issues including underlay.
• Test and troubleshoot various circuit types such as Ethernet, T1/E1, T3/E3, BB, LTE.
• Accurate documentation of activation activities, notes, and client communication.
• Coordinate bridge calls and engage resources and vendors to resolve issues.
• Monitor batch scheduling and backup jobs and perform initial troubleshooting.
