Cayuse Holdings seeks a Network Specialist, Junior to support LAN, MAN, and WAN infrastructures within a secure environment in Hawaii. The role focuses on design, implementation, and maintenance, with emphasis on uptime, performance, and collaboration with vendor support teams.

The position requires foundational network knowledge, strong communication, and the ability to operate under pressure. A background check and security clearance are required; on-site work in our main office is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in related network functions.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Familiarity with network monitoring tools and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance for LAN/MAN/WAN operations and monitoring.
• Design, build, implement, and maintain network infrastructures.
• Compile records and reports related to network operations and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot network performance issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Analyze traffic metrics to optimize performance and capacity.
• Monitor hardware/software issues and collaborate with vendor support.
• Manage procurement, testing, installation, and support of networking hardware/software.
