Job summary

Cayuse Holdings, LLC is seeking a Junior Network Specialist to support the design, implementation, and maintenance of LAN, MAN, and WAN infrastructures. You will provide technical guidance, troubleshoot performance issues, and ensure network stability while coordinating with vendor support teams.

The role requires collaboration with technical teams, capacity planning input, and adherence to security and background-check requirements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in related network functions preferred.
• Certifications: CCENT, CompTIA Security+ or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of basic networking concepts and protocols.
• Experience with network monitoring tools and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance for monitoring of information systems operations and network efficiency.
• Design, build, implement, and maintain LAN, MAN, and WAN infrastructures.
• Compile records and reports related to network operations and maintenance.
• Troubleshoot network performance issues and perform root cause analysis.
• Analyze network traffic to optimize performance and capacity planning.
• Monitor hardware and software issues within technical facilities.
• Collaborate with vendor support during outages or degraded performance.
