You will liaise with recruiters, facilities, and vendors, manage orders, update position data, and help maintain SLA standards while driving accurate metrics like fill rates and time-to-fill.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of healthcare staffing industry preferred.
• Experience delivering exceptional customer service.
• Ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between recruiters, facilities and vendors.
• Assist in follow-up on candidate presentations as directed by Account Manager.
• Update position and facility information with MSP teams.
• Assist Account Manager with Order Intake and data entry.
• Audit Open Positions for accuracy and compliance with standards.
• Communicate submission outcomes to Account Manager and teams.
• Help ensure 100% credential compliance of HCPs assigned to facilities.
