Job summary

Radiance Technologies is seeking a junior software engineer to join our Modeling and Simulation team in support of AFRL missions at Eglin AFB, Florida. You will develop AFSIM models and scenarios while closely collaborating with customers and a diverse team of engineers and analysts.

You will apply modern Agile software development practices during testing and verification, with opportunities for onsite support and hands-on growth in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher in a computer-related field.
• At least 1 year of software development experience in C++, C#, Python, or Java.
• Experience with source control and CI/CD tools (Git, Bitbucket, GitLab, Jenkins).
• Familiarity with DoD DoD security practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop AFSIM models, scenarios, and capabilities for AFRL missions.
• Collaborate with customers and a diverse team of engineers and analysts.
• Provide onsite support and perform testing/verification using Agile practices.
