Job summary

Radiance Technologies in Dayton, OH is seeking an aerospace engineer to join the Modeling, Simulation & Analysis team. You will contribute to AF SIM M&S efforts, integrating aerodynamic, guidance and controls, flight mechanics, and propulsion models.

The role involves collaborating with government stakeholders and Radiance teammates on missions for AFRL, NASIC, and IC, requiring strong communication, problem-solving, and initiative in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Aerospace Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Astronautical Engineering, Physics, or related fields.
• US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance.
• Minimum of 2 years of aerospace engineering experience.
• Experience in Aerodynamics, Guidance and Controls, Flight Mechanics, Propulsion, Hypersonics, or Orbital Mechanics.

Responsibilities

• Enhance AF SIM M&S efforts by developing and integrating aerospace models such as aerodynamics, guidance and controls, and flight mechanics.
• Collaborate with Government stakeholders and Radiance teammates on diverse missions and tasks.
