TIC - The Industrial Company in the United States seeks an entry-level assist craftsperson to support skilled trades under supervision, learn to measure, cut, align machinery and prepare foundations. You will follow written and oral instructions, handle hand and power tools safely, and work on a busy construction site.

This role requires reliability, stamina, and the ability to adapt to project needs; on-site training provided.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required or with related experience.
• Ability to understand, follow and transmit written and oral instructions.
• Field experience in chosen craft discipline preferred.
• Knowledge of the safe and efficient use of hand and power tools.

Responsabilidades

• Learn to use hand and power tools to measure, cut, assemble and align machinery; assist installation and foundation work.
• Assist with reviewing and verifying inventory; prepare foundations for grouting and machinery placement; set and align components.
• Assist skilled craftsman when torquing equipment; rig equipment; direct crane operators and test installed machinery.
