Job summary

Carlisle is seeking a dedicated operator to set up, thread material, and run a single machine line independently in a fast-paced factory setting. You will ensure proper material routing, perform quality checks, and assist with packaging as needed.

The role requires basic math, measuring skills, and the ability to learn new equipment while adhering to safety rules and CCM’s policies. Overtime and weekend hours may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of six months of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to safely operate machinery and measuring tools.

Responsibilities

• Set up, thread material through, and operate one machine independently.
• Follow daily work orders with attention to materials and notations.
• Assist with operation of other machinery under supervision.
