Job summary

Carlisle is seeking a General Machine Operator to run mechanical or automated machinery for the production of high-performance brake, clutch and transmission components on 2nd or 3rd shift. You will inspect equipment, manage materials, perform quality checks, and document issues while maintaining a clean, safe work environment.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds; familiarity with measuring tools is preferred.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
• Ability to lift tooling and products weighing up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Operate mechanical or automated equipment for brake, clutch, and transmission applications.
• Review equipment at shift start and ensure proper working order.
• Ensure materials are ready and notify supervision of shortages.
