Job summary

Medical Diagnostic Laboratories (MDL) is seeking an Entry-Level Sales Executive to join our team. You will manage a defined geographic territory, grow connections with hospitals and physician offices, and present MDL testing options to clinicians to improve patient care.

You will build a robust sales pipeline, travel within the region, and report on progress to the Regional Manager. Strong communication skills and a self-motivated, energetic approach are essential for success in this role.

• Must be able to travel within the coverage area and occasionally nationwide.
• 1 to 3 years of experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual sales and profit objectives for a defined territory.
• Obtain new business and exceed territory sales budget each year.
• Develop and present personalized sales presentations to physicians, labs, clinics, and practices; show value of MDL services.
• Establish positive long-term client relations through calls with clients.
• Develop and maintain a full business pipeline and manage territory.
• Provide timely reporting of pipeline, plans, and activities.
• Collaborate with Regional Manager to grow the assigned territory.
• Monitor competitors and market presence in the territory.
