Jacobs is seeking a mechanical/energy consulting engineer to contribute to energy and power projects through evaluation, concept development, detailed design and implementation. You will perform engineering studies, calculations, modeling and produce piping, equipment and construction drawings with energy and stress analyses.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor’s or advanced degree in mechanical, chemical, or industrial engineering, has EIT status or can obtain it on hire, and can communicate

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or advanced degree in mechanical, chemical, industrial engineering or related field.
• EIT status or ability to obtain it upon hire.
• Strong communication and technical writing skills; ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Internships and familiarity with engineering software are advantageous.
