Jacobs is seeking an Entry Level Mechanical Engineer focused on Energy and Power in Austin, TX. You will be mentored by Professional Engineers, engage with clients, evaluate energy needs, and develop concept-level plans through to full implementation of solutions.

You will contribute to studies, modeling, calculations, and drawings for energy and power projects, with a path toward professional growth within a multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or advanced degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial or related engineering discipline.

Responsabilités

• Provide consulting, advisory, conceptualization and design through studies, engineering calculations, modeling and simulation for energy and power projects.
• Prepares design and construction drawings, specifications for energy systems.
• Perform piping/equipment sizing, energy analysis and life-cycle cost evaluations.
• Conduct stress analysis, digital twinning, and other detailed engineering calculations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver end-to-end solutions.
