Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• 0–2 years related experience preferred.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with designing, developing, executing, and evaluating mechanical products and components.
• Use CAD/CAE to develop structural designs and detailed engineering drawings.
• Verify designs through calculations and analyses.
• Understand manufacturing processes with emphasis on metal fabrication; apply DFM principles.
• Fulfill customer/shop order requirements while considering design rules.
• Define test requirements and interpret results to validate designs.
• Identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Support lean manufacturing and process improvements.
• Execute engineering changes through established processes.
