• Strong reading of engineering drawings and layouts.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed design drawings and specifications from markups using CAD.
• Collaborate with engineers to design, lay out, or detail components and systems.
• Review specifications, sketches, drawings and data to assess design factors.
• Modify designs to correct deficiencies or reduce production problems.
• Check dimensions of materials to ensure proper fit and function.
• Lay out and draw schematic/orthographic views to depict relationships.
• Maintain CAD standards and BOM continuity.
