Triosim Corporation in North Carolina is seeking a motivated Junior Mechanic/Assembler to join our production team. As an entry-level position, you will work with experienced technicians to rebuild, refurbish, and assemble heavy industrial pumps and rotating machinery.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mechanical aptitude and comfort with hand and power tools.
• Ability to perform basic shop math, fractions and measurements.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the company.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent trade school experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble heavy industrial pumps and components under supervision.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by returning tools and keeping work bays clear.
• Use basic hand tools and precision measuring instruments to check part dimensions.
• Assist in reviewing technical drawings, manuals, and work orders to understand assembly sequences.
• Follow all company safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
