Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma, GED, or equivalent trade school experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

  • Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble heavy industrial pumps and components under supervision.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by returning tools and keeping work bays clear.
  • Use basic hand tools and precision measuring instruments to check part dimensions.
  • Assist in reviewing technical drawings, manuals, and work orders to understand assembly sequences.
  • Follow all company safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

Job Description

Triosim is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Mechanic / Assembler to join our production team. As an industry leader in industrial pump service, maintenance, and complex rebuilds, Triosim provides critical engineering and mechanical solutions to heavy industrial processing plants nationwide. In this role, you will work alongside elite technicians to rebuild, refurbish, and assemble industrial-size pumps and heavy rotating machinery. This is an entry-level position designed for someone with a strong mechanical aptitude and a genuine passion for hands-on work. Key responsibilities
  • Equipment assembly: Disassemble, clean, inspect, and reassemble heavy industrial pumps and components under supervision.
  • Shop maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by returning tools and keeping work bays clear.
  • Measurement and inspection: Use basic hand tools and precision measuring instruments to check part dimensions.
  • Blueprint reading: Assist in reviewing technical drawings, manuals, and work orders to understand assembly sequences.
  • Safety compliance: Follow all company safety protocols, including the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
