Responsibilities

• Pump Mechanical Overhaul: tear-down, inspect, clean, verify parts, repair, and final assemble pumps and rotating equipment.
• Diagnostic Documentation: measure clearances, wear patterns, and part conditions to plan rebuild steps.
• Cross-Functional Teamwork: manage multiple tasks and shift between assembly, staging, cleaning, or prep for shipment.
• Precision Inspection: verify internal and external clearances against OEM specs using precise tools.
• Quality Assurance: ensure rebuilt units meet shaft alignment, seal testing, and lubrication checks.
