Job summary

Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) seeks a junior-level MBSE Analyst to support SWAC/SSDP in San Diego, CA on-site. You will create MBSE models, translate requirements into SysML/UML representations, and contribute to DoD program analyses.

Ideal candidates have a Bachelor's in a related field, 2+ years MBSE with Cameo, strong communication, and the ability to work independently or in a team. TS/SCI clearance is required or able to obtain.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Operations Research, Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics or related field
• At least 2 years of MBSE experience with Cameo Systems Modeler or similar tools
• Modeling structure and behavior with SysML or UML
• OO principles understanding as applied to programming/system engineering
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Able to work both independently and in a team
• Must have DoD Top Secret clearance and TS/SCI access

Responsibilities

• Create digital model-based representations adhering to SysML syntax and style
• Translate requirements into parametrized MBSE models
• Analyze performance of DoD programs using modeling tools
• Evaluate metrics across multiple courses of action
• Conduct data collection and specification reviews
• Assist in preparing deliverables, including presentations and reports
• Participate in customer meetings and briefings
