Job summary

Martin Retail Group is seeking an entry-level Account Coordinator to join our North Central Region office. You will assist in daily client account management and provide broad support across the business.

You will gain exposure to TV, digital and social media, data analysis, and reporting while learning our client’s business and processes. A 4-year degree is required and 0–1 years in agency or marketing is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Education: 4-year degree in related field.
• Experience: 0–1 years in agency, marketing or related business; internships or temp work helpful.

Responsibilities

• Assist in daily management of client accounts.
• Pull, organize and analyze client and competitor data for reporting.
• Secure client approvals for TV, digital and social media campaigns and production estimates.
• Maintain central filing for GM incentive programs, sales, media schedules and EAs.
• Support in advertising and media plan development and tracking of metrics.
• Attend and support client meetings and deliverables.
• Backfill to Account Executive as needed to support growth and learning.
