Job summary

Martin Retail Group, part of Publicis Groupe, seeks an Account Coordinator to support advertising activities for the Western Region and Buick-GMC LMAs. You will assist with coordination, execution and communication across Account Supervisors, Regional Director, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely program implementation and reporting.

This entry-level role requires a 4-year degree in marketing or related field, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree in marketing, advertising, management or related field.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and proofreading skills.
• Analytical ability.
• Client-focused with a strong sense of urgency.
• Good interpersonal skills; able to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Self-starter, takes initiative and can lead a project from start to finish.

Responsibilities

• Support an Account Supervisor in managing multiple LMA groups.
• Coordinate inputs from Account Supervisors for advertising programs.
• Communicate with Regional Account Director and Supervisors for direction.
• Manage regional reporting, calendars, and sales/inventory reports.
• Track regional incentive changes and LMA incentives.
• Prepare meeting materials for LMA meetings.
• Coordinate with vendors and address their questions.
• Collaborate with Digital, Traffic and Account Service Teams for media trafficking.
• Attend status meetings and produce status reports.
• Assist in taking notes at virtual LMA meetings.
• Support special projects as needed.
