Martin Retail Group is seeking an Account Supervisor for a hybrid role that blends account management, program and project management, and strategic support across automotive marketing initiatives.

The ideal candidate will coordinate with account, program integration, strategy, creative, production and client teams, translating priorities into action, managing timelines and approvals, and delivering high-quality work on time.

Competenze

• 4 to 6 years of agency account management or related experience, automotive experience a plus.
• Curious about automotive trends and market insights informing client opportunities.
• Strong organizational and project management skills for multiple workstreams.
• Experience supporting client relationships with senior account or project leaders.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; proficient PowerPoint support.
