Job summary

You will collaborate with design, operations, quality, and product engineering to boost yield and efficiency. Responsibilities include implementing process improvements, developing work instructions, validating processes, and supporting NPI and transfers.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of manufacturing, process engineering, or production operations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data interpretation.
• Understanding of engineering fundamentals and process improvement methods.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.

Responsibilities

• Support the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, quality, and yield via data-driven analysis.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Product Engineering to address manufacturing challenges.
• Analyze process performance to identify trends and root causes for improvements.
• Contribute to process qualification, validation, and production readiness activities.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation and SOPs.
• Support risk assessment to ensure successful product implementation.
• Apply statistical methods and engineering principles to optimize processes.
• Assist with NPI, process transfers, and scale-up activities.
• Participate in troubleshooting and drive corrective actions.
