Job summary

Analog Devices, Inc. in Massachusetts is seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to support development, optimization, and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes for semiconductor products.

You will collaborate with design, operations, quality, and production teams to boost yield, product quality, and efficiency. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical discipline.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience in manufacturing/process/operations engineering.
• Knowledge of SPC/DOE/Lean/Six Sigma or related methods.
• Experience with manufacturing/semi-conductor environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support development, implementation, and continuous improvement of manufacturing and production processes.
• Identify opportunities to improve process efficiency, product quality, reliability, and yield through data-driven analysis and problem solving.
• Collaborate with Design Engineering, Operations, Quality, Test Engineering, and Product Engineering to address manufacturing challenges.
• Analyze process performance and data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Support process qualification, validation, and production readiness for new and existing products.
• Develop and maintain manufacturing documentation, work instructions, process specs, and SOPs.
• Support risk assessment and mitigation for product and process implementation.
• Apply statistical methods to optimize processes and improve performance.
• Assist with NPI, process transfers, and manufacturing scale-up activities.
• Participate in troubleshooting and drive corrective/preventive actions.
