Qualifications

• AA or AS degree in business, management, finance, technical, or science-related field.
• At least two years of recent and relevant experience in management, technical, or business analysis disciplines.
• Ability to manage administrative, facilities, personnel-security, and operational support requirements in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and strong written and oral communication.
• Must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain Top-Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Administrative and Operational Support: Manage GPC ordering, BASICs requests, DISS actions, division seating, and office calendars.
• Facilities and POC roles: Serve as division contact for facilities requests and space coordination; shipping and packaging accountability.
• Security and access: coordinate SAARs, CAC requests, onboarding paperwork, and other admin forms; maintain sensitive records.
• Laboratory Space Oversight: manage lab access rosters and security procedures; coordinate space development and improvements.
• Future Finance: track division funding, support contracting actions, and coordinate funding documents (transitioned duties).
