Job summary

Sabre Systems, LLC is recruiting a Management Analyst (Junior) to serve as Office Manager for the Combat Survivability Division at NAS Patuxent River in Lexington Park, MD. This is an on-site, in-person role and not eligible for telework. The position supports the Division Director and coordinates administrative, facilities, security, and operational tasks.

Candidates must be a U.S. citizen and eligible to obtain a Top-Secret clearance.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: AA/AS in Business, Management, Finance, Technical, or Scientific field.
• Minimum experience: at least 2 years in management, technical, or business analysis.
• Proven ability to manage administrative, facilities, personnel-security, and operational requirements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage GPC/P-Card ordering per policies and procedures.
• Submit, track, and manage BASICs requests.
• Coordinate DISS actions including security and visits.
• Manage division seating, workspace, and coordination.
• POC for facilities, infrastructure, and service requests.
