Job summary

Sabre Systems, LLC in Southern Maryland at Patuxent River Naval Air Station seeks a Sr. Management Analyst to support the PAE Aviation Office of the Chief Engineer, Cyber Warfare.

You will provide technical, analytical, and managerial support across program management, general/technical support, operations support, and cybersecurity. The ideal candidate will conduct organizational studies, evaluate objectives, analyze requirements and budgets, and perform business analyses to help operations run

Qualifications

• BA/BS or MA/MS degree in the applicable functional area with ten years of related experience.
• Active DoD secret clearance or higher is required.
• Must be a US Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Conduct organizational studies and evaluations; design systems and procedures; prepare operations and procedures manuals to improve efficiency.
• Apply analytic techniques in evaluating program/project objectives.
• Analyze requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
• Perform management, technical, or business case analyses.
• Collect, organize and interpret data related to acquisition and program management.
• Track program/project status and schedules.
• Provide domain expertise in areas such as logistics, financial management, change management, or talent management.
