The position requires responding to resident work orders promptly and working safely with hand and power tools, ladders, and protective gear while delivering courteous service in occupied units.

Qualifications

• Ability to prep apartments for new residents including painting and minor repairs.
• Comfort with basic plumbing, electrical, and carpentry tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete basic maintenance work orders in residential units and common areas.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents, including painting, patching, cleaning, and minor repairs.
• Paint interior walls, doors, trim, and other property surfaces.
• Assist with basic plumbing, electrical, appliance, drywall, carpentry, and hardware repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and report safety concerns, property damage, leaks, or equipment problems.
• Maintain clean and attractive grounds, common areas, maintenance spaces, and work areas.
• Provide professional and courteous service while working in occupied apartments.
• Safely use and maintain hand tools, power tools, ladders, equipment, and required protective gear.
