Fuller Technologies in Northampton, PA is seeking entry-level machinists to learn manual machining on day shift. You will run radial drills, saws, and cylindrical grinders, read blueprints, and assist with production setups.

You’ll be trained by experienced machinists in a safe, structured environment with clear procedures and quality standards, building practical skills for a machining career.

Qualifications

• Mechanical aptitude and eagerness to learn machining.
• Ability to work safely with shop equipment and hand tools.
• Comfort reading measurements and basic technical documents.
• Detail orientation and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Run and learn to run radial drills, saws, and cylindrical grinders.
• Assist with machine setup for production runs—coached and supported.
• Read blueprints/drawings and follow detailed work instructions.
• Measure features using hand metrology tools to confirm specs.
• Inspect your work and make basic adjustments as needed.
• Maintain a tidy, safe workstation and follow all safety/quality processes.
