Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, architectural engineering or related field is required.
• Equivalent relevant experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

Responsibilities

• Learn and participate in safety and quality plans and culture.
• Complete entry level mechanical, electrical and field construction activities.
• Assist in developing budgetary M/E estimates based on program and schematic design information.
• Assists in review of mechanical and electrical options in preconstruction and systems analysis.
• Assists in developing mechanical/electrical scopes of work for bid coordination.
• Assists with bid analysis and subcontractor selection.
• Assists in sequencing requirements of various systems to meet schedule.
• Gains knowledge of design documents to identify potential quality problems.
• Performs job inspections to ensure specifications are met and work is delivered timely.
• Assists with shop drawing/submittal process and commissioning procedures.
