OEC Group is seeking an Outside Sales Executive to drive growth in freight forwarding and liquid logistics. The role focuses on building a strong client base, presenting flexitank and shipping solutions, and turning opportunities into long-term partnerships in the Houston area.

You will work with internal experts to tailor offerings and manage a robust sales pipeline. Ideal candidates have 1–5 years in logistics or sales, strong relationship skills, and a proven ability to close deals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; sales or logistics experience preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for in-person meetings.
• Self-motivated with ability to develop a book of business.
• Willingness to learn flexitank tech and bulk liquid shipping.

Responsibilities

• Drive business growth through prospecting and client meetings.
• Build and maintain a customer base in designated territory.
• Collaborate with internal experts to tailor freight solutions.
• Present customized logistics services including flexitanks and shipping modes.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales quotas and KPIs.
• Utilize CRM to manage pipeline and performance metrics.
• Support quotes with sales team to meet client needs.
• Visit clients in person within territory to secure long-term partnerships.
