Second Federal Savings & Loan Association of Philadelphia is expanding its lending business and is looking to grow in the commercial/investor real estate market in and around Philadelphia. The position is based in Center City at our one and only branch location. Excellent benefits and a competitive salary will be offered, with no weekends.

The ideal candidate will have some formal training in commercial loan underwriting as well as experience in the commercial or small business sales process. Experience in the following areas is a plus but not required: Residential underwriting (Fannie Mae, TRID, etc.), back-office operations (whether underwriting or portfolio management).

This position works closely with the Chief Lending Officer and involves working with existing clients to perform annual reviews and handle new loan requests. A successful candidate will need to be a good communicator, a team player, and will be expected to be self-motivating, organized, and able to think and act independently.

A BS/BA college degree is required.
