Base pay range

$65.00/hr - $85.00/hr

Location: Fully Remote working core EST hours

Travel: Quarterly travel required

Duration: 12 month contract, potential perm

Compensation: $65-85/hour, depending on experience

Project: Managing a portfolio of enterprise technical project. People and project management.

Desired Experience

• 10-15+ years’ experience in IT Program/Project Management with demonstrated enterprise portfolio management skills (project/product intake, resource planning, demand management, budget management, product management) and delivery experience
• Strong background in enterprise IT organization with multiple delivery frameworks, tools, and methodologies
• Proven people leader with teams of 10+ direct reports
• Proven background in financial planning, forecasting and building out project budget/resourcing/ financial plans
• Highly developed strategic planning skills with a strong understanding of IT operating models and experience working with multiple teams to develop strategies and deliver solutions
• Develops and delivers effective presentations. Presents information and ideas to others in an succinct and impactful manner

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

A client is looking for a Senior IT Portfolio Manager to sit remotely. You will primarily be responsible for maturing the portfolio/project management framework/ processes across the IT organization to foster collaborative partnerships with IT and Business partners, and identify creative, cost-effective solutions to achieve strategic business value. They will combine an understanding of portfolio management principles with the existing technology portfolio/ processes/ methodologies, to develop value-oriented plans that guide proactive decision-making in order to manage unforeseen demands, constraints, risks, and dependencies inherent to the client’s environment.
