As part of the MarkMonitor team at Newfold, the Domain Portfolio Advisor manages all aspects of Markmonitor’s Domain Services, including:

• Domain Portfolio Management and Guidance
• Domain Transfers and Registrations
• Anonymous Acquisitions
• Domain Sales
• Dispute Resolution Support (UDRP/URS/ADR)

The advisor will handle multiple client-facing projects from inception to delivery, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met with minimal supervision.

What you’ll do & how you’ll make your mark

• Serve as the main contact for all project lifecycle aspects for internal and client teams.
• Work independently with clients and partners to understand requirements and develop project plans.
• Build strong, long-term collaborative relationships with internal teams and clients.
• Communicate effectively across organizational levels, including executive management.
• Manage project expectations and delegate tasks appropriately.
• Coordinate with international clients, requiring schedule flexibility for different time zones.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and manage client domain portfolios.
• Act as an internal advocate for customers.

Who you are & what you’ll need to succeed

• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Strong prioritization, consultative, and analytical skills.
• Ability to translate technical processes into understandable information for clients and stakeholders.
• At least 2 years in a customer-focused, technical support/services role, or 4 years in a non-technical support/customer service role.
• At least 1 year in contract management, negotiation, accounting, or business management.
• Experience managing projects with internal and external dependencies.
• International business experience and foreign language skills are a plus.
• Knowledge of Salesforce and case management tools is a plus.
