Job summary

West Capital Lending is seeking a Customer Lending Representative (Junior Loan Officer) to provide hands-on training, mentorship, and a clear path to becoming a licensed Loan Officer. The role suits those with sales or customer service experience and comfort with high-volume dialing.

You will handle mortgage inquiries, pre-approve clients, manage email/call/text campaigns, and maintain client records. Collaboration with bankers ensures regulatory compliance and accurate data entry.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in mortgage industry is a plus but not required.
• Good People Skills.
• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with a computer and phone.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Hours:

• MWF 9am-6pm

Compensation:

• Total yearly average On Target Earnings (OTE): $52k+
