You will handle emails, calls and text campaigns, pre‑qualify prospects with a simple question set, and document all interactions in our software while working with a team of bankers to ensure regulatory compliance.

This entry‑level role includes hands‑on training and mentorship, with a clear path to becoming a licensed Loan Officer

Qualifications

• Experience in mortgage industry is a plus but not required.
• Good People Skills.
• Sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Proficiency with a computer and phone.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients.
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Hours:

• M/W/F 9am-6pm
• T/TH 9am-7pm

Compensation:

• Total yearly average On Target Earnings (OTE): $52k+
