Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience handling civil litigation from pleadings through trial in New York State Supreme Court and/or Federal Court.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Drafting pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda.
• Preparing and responding to discovery.
• Conducting legal research and analysis.
• Taking and defending depositions.
• Appearing at court conferences and motion hearings.
• Assisting with trial preparation.
