Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial litigation matters including breach of fiduciary duty, contracts, and mortgage foreclosures.
• Represent clients in court, arbitration, and mediation sessions.
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
• Conduct legal research and provide opinions on complex commercial matters.
• Collaborate with a team to develop litigation strategy.
• Provide regular case updates to clients.
