Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the New York Bar.
• 2+ years of substantive commercial litigation experience.
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Experience drafting litigation briefs and other substantive legal documents.
• Deposition experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

The firm handles a diverse range of matters in both federal and state courts, including business and commercial litigation, as well as land use, zoning, and preservation matters.

Responsibilities

• Conduct substantial legal research and analysis on complex litigation matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, briefs, memoranda, and other legal documents.
• Take and defend depositions.
