Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Foundational Linux administration experience.
• Hands-on Docker/Kubernetes knowledge.
• Familiarity with Ansible language concepts.
• Ability to follow procedures and escalate issues accurately.
• Willingness to be on an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Monitor system health and performance and identify incidents.
• Escalate issues and perform initial troubleshooting per runbooks.
• Document incidents, steps taken and outcomes clearly.
• Assist in maintaining and improving monitoring tools and dashboards.
• Work with senior engineers to resolve problems and improve reliability.
