Job summary

Mariani Enterprises, LLC is seeking a motivated Junior Estimator to support the Landscape Design division across South Florida. You will review CAD plans, takeoffs, and assist in developing accurate project proposals.

The role requires 1–3 years in estimating or related fields, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Adobe, Outlook, Excel, and Aspire. Collaboration with Designers and vendors is essential.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in estimating, construction, landscape, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Familiarity with plant materials commonly used in South Florida landscapes is helpful but not required.
• Proficiency in Adobe, Outlook, and Excel; Aspire experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review, interpret, and take off from CAD plans/drawings.
• Assist with estimating costs for landscape design projects.
• Source and price materials in coordination with the Designer.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors to procure quotes.
• Support proposal development by discussing project needs with Designers and preparing detailed estimates.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate proposals.
