Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in labor and employment law or closely related practice.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to manage client communications and provide practical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Spot employment-related red flags during M&A due diligence and draft or update employment-related documents (agreements, offer letters, handbooks).
• Manage discovery, draft motions and briefs, and support non-compete, non-solicitation, and trade secret matters.
• Draft responses and position statements for EEOC charges and similar inquiries.
