$185-195K base + discretionary AND incentive bonuses | Hybrid | 1750 Billables

The ideal background:

• 0-3 years of labor + employment law experience (demonstrated through either coursework or practice)

The work:

• Labor + employment litigation law (with mix of transactional L+E work as well)
• Common law employment claims (e.g., wrongful termination, defamation, IIED)
