Job summary

A national firm is hiring a Labor & Employment Associate Attorney for its Dallas office. You will gain deep exposure to employment defense work including EEOC claims, wage and hour disputes, retaliation claims, and workplace investigations, backed by a national bench of specialists across employment, commercial, and IP litigation.

The Dallas office is co-led by a managing partner who handles employment and complex commercial litigation, representing employers before the EEOC, NLRB, TWC, and DOL,

Qualifications

• 2+ years of labor and employment litigation experience.
• Active bar license in Texas (or able to waive in).
• In-house counsel candidates with prior law firm experience will also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Handle and defend labor and employment matters including EEOC claims, wage/hour disputes, retaliation claims, and workplace investigations.
• Collaborate with a national bench of specialists across employment, commercial, and IP litigation.
• Represent employers before administrative agencies as part of a coordinated national platform.
