SharkNinja in Bentonville, AR is seeking a Junior Key Account Manager focused on Walmart to drive profitable growth of Ninja 1P items. You will own a Walmart buying desk relationship, support the 1P item portfolio, and collaborate with the Walmart merchant team and cross-functional partners to win at the shelf both in store and online.

The role requires analytical and sales analytics experience, with 1–3 years in account management or analytics, and Walmart experience is a plus.

Qualifications

University degree required.
1–3 years of account management or sales analytics experience preferred.
Mass retail or Walmart experience a plus.
Strong analytical and data-to-decision mindset.

Responsibilities

Own at least one Walmart buying desk relationship and manage JBP, line reviews, pricing, promotions, and day-to-day merchant communications.
Grow revenue and profit of Ninja 1P items on your desk in line with strategy, identifying whitespace and new item placements.
Lead promotional submissions and line reviews with internal and external stakeholders to hit growth targets.
Coordinate tentpole events and promotions to drive profitable growth.
Build business reviews, data visualizations, and reports translating POS, inventory, and share data into decisions.
Monitor KPIs, stock levels, and replenishment health with supply chain partners.
Respond to customer requests quickly with data pulls, item information, and meeting prep.
Communicate competitive factors and weekly operating cadence across teams.
